This is our second album, released, like the first, by Dead and Gone Records. At this point, Shaun had left the band to go home to America, and we got young Pete Martin in to play drums. It took a while to record this album, and we wrote a lot of material in the studio, Def Leppard style. As a consequence, I don't think we've even rehearsed many of these songs, let alone played them live.
There's a slightly different sound to the first record here, some other instrumentation and a definite aim of trying to make an album, rather than just a collection of songs. We almost called it a concept album for a bit, for a laugh.
