This was our first 7" and first line up change - out goes Matthew, Mark switches from bass to guitar and Mr Chris Howard comes in on bass. It was on Dead and Gone Records, red/clear split and 500 were pressed.
Chris had only been playing music for a few months and we took him on tour and he recorded his first record. We recorded this in our practice space at the time, the basement of Arena House, on Duke St, Liverpool. It was dead good in there. It's now student flats. Nice one, Tarquin. Always ruins everything.
On the last night of Arena House we let fire extinguishers off onto the clubbers on Duke St and did a Ouija board in every room. No matter what anyone tells you, THIS is the definition of punk rock. There were no ghosts there, but there were angry meatheads outside with foam on their heads, banging on the door.
Included in the download is scans of the cover, the inside with lyrics and the record itself, as well as both sides of the limited Forever Phillipa release show cover.
